15 of the Best Free Stock Photos Sites to Use in 2022

I've built up a lit of the best free stock photos, images, pics websites that you can find on the web. Those websites offer a wide variety of copyright free images, but they also feature some paid images...
Here's my top list:
Pikwizard
Pikwizard offers a wide varity of FREE stock photos for commercial and editorial use. You will fin a huge library of stunning, high quality, royalty free stock images. No attribution required. In addition to photos, Pikwizard also offers Free stock videos. You can even edit the photos directly on their website for free which is a very nice feature. Pikwizard will become my first place to go when I need free stock photos or videos.
Pixabay
Pixabay can store a large number of high-quality photos released to the public domain under Creative Commons CC0. The website is clean and intuitive, and 780K+ free photos, vectors and illustrations can be browsed easily. The main search bar even allows you to filter queries by factors such as media type, direction, color, and minimum size.
Pexels
These photos are carefully selected from a variety of free image sources to ensure that you only get the best. All photos that are cut are subject to a Creative Commons zero license, which means they can be used free of charge for personal and commercial use without the need for provenance. And because of its search function, it is very easy to make suitable photos for the next project.
Unsplash
Every 10 days, Unsplash will release 10 new "whatever you want" photos. What we like most about this resource is the uniqueness of the photos. You can choose from page after page without encountering any tacky "smiling boss shaking hands with male employee" scenes.
Negativespace
Negative Space will provide new free stock photos every week. All its photos are shared without copyright restrictions, which means you can use them as you wish.

Users can freely use it for any goods they need-commercial or non-commercial use. Although there is no formal attribution requirement, Karolina does ask you to provide links with image credits if possible. This request will help her develop the website and in turn provide better photos for everyone.

All photos on the Freerange website come from an internal pool of photographers and a growing community of external contributors.

StockSnap.io proudly claims that it is "not your typical cr-foot photo site". We totally agree. In fact, its choice is so interesting and versatile that it is almost too easy to "fall into the rabbit hole" and then more than fifty pictures appear.

All images were donated to the public domain for personal and commercial use. As if not enough, "Pix Life" also has a corresponding "Vids Life".
